Return Policy
At Costcutindustrial.ca, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If a product needs to be returned, the following policy applies:
Authorization Required
- Free return shipping applies where we have made an error and sent you an incorrect item.
- Free return shipping also applies for defective or incomplete items.
- All returns must be pre-approved by Costcutindustrial.ca
- Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RGA) from service@costcutindustrial.ca
- When requesting authorization, specify the part numbers and reasons for return. The original Invoice Number must be included.
Eligible Products
- Only products sold by Costcutindustrial.ca are eligible for return and credit.
- Standard stock items may be returned for reasons other than defective, but return shipping must be paid by the customer and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Special order, non-stock, or custom-made items are non-returnable.
Return Conditions
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returned items must still be active stock items carried by Costcutindustrial.ca
- The quantity being returned must match the original packaging ( partial quantities cannot be accepted).
- Goods must be shipped back to the designated Costcutindustrial.ca return location within 10 business days after receiving an RGA number.
- Both the RGA number and the invoice number must be clearly indicated on the return shipping label.
- Products must be: In their original packaging, Undamaged, In a resalable condition.
Damaged Goods & Claims

Right of Refusal
- Costcutindustrial.ca reserves the right to reject or deny any return or claim if it does not meet the conditions of our Shipping Policy.
