- B2B Shipping and residential shipping are available in Eastern Canada.
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
- We cannot deliver to residential addresses in Ontario and Quebec; only business addresses
Order Processing
- Your order receives priority treatment, and you will receive the order confirmation by email immediately.
- Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Expected shipping dates posted on the site are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or for backorders.

- We make every effort to ship your order in its entirety. At checkout, you can choose the option to Ship Complete or Ship Available items and schedule a backorder.

- Destination postal code
- Shipping quotes are B2B dock-to-dock. Delivery to residential areas in the Maritimes or remote locations may incur additional charges.
- Oversized or hazardous goods may incur additional shipping or handling fees.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
Orders are well packaged and leave the warehouse in good condition. Carefully inspect packages before accepting. Missing items or damaged packaging should be photographed and noted on the receiving document. Claims should be submitted directly to Costcutindustrial.ca. within 1 or 2 days. We will file a claim on your behalf with the transportation company. The original shipping container must be kept until the claim is reconciled.
